Emotional eating is very common and can become a habit where food is utilized to suppress and soothe negative or uncertain feelings triggered by stress, financial struggles, relationship issues or life transitions.

Emotional eating can present as binge eating, inspire feelings of guilt or shame leading to a cycle of excess eating and associated issues like weight gain, depression, and skin issues.

I listen not only to what you tell me but what your body language is showing me in our sessions. From there I will begin to support you in re-establishing your relationship to food, stress, and emotional and environmental triggers that may be one of the underlying causes of this behavior.


I never recommend the same plan for every person and the methodology is rooted in intuition and clinical training. You may be coming to see me for weight gain or cravings but I will explore and integrate lifestyle factors like sleep, social health, stress, and spirituality to make sure we get to the root cause and design a healing strategy that is perfect for your unique circumstance.

A 90 minute comprehensive holistic intake will help me differentiate your symptoms from the underlying individual root cause, focusing on designing a strategy that will be seamless to integrate into your daily routine.
