Over my 15 years of counseling in nutrition and lifestyle, I learned that knowing WHAT to eat isn’t enough (we have google for that).

We need to understand and integrate HOW to eat, WHY we eat and then take that information to inform and transform our relationship with food and our environment so that we can always find confidence and a feeling of being in control even when we are not.

I know one on one coaching can be expensive, and I have been working diligently over the last few months to bring my skills, and knowledge to you in a way that is convenient, valuable, and economical.

I am guiding a LIVE video weekly online group coaching program specifically geared towards managing diet, weight, body image and stress over the holidays.

Get prepared to tackle the holiday parties, family dynamics and friendsgiving dinners, and office candy bowl. Learn how to avoid the holiday bloat, deal with social triggers and start the new year with a real, sustainable (and doable) way to eat mindfully.
