Paradis Plage is close to the city for excursions, but will feel miles away as you rejuvenate and relax, listening to the waves and meditating in our Ashtanga and Yin Yoga classes. Yin Yoga applies breathing and awareness to infuse the Yin tissues with blood flow, holding certain passive postures for multiple minutes. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic Yoga where you will work through the Primary Series at a steady pace for your physical, energetic and subtle development in your practice. Let our practices purify and strengthen you, all while listening to the Atlantic ocean ebb and flow.
