Hi, I’m Alana Kessler, MS, RDN.

For over two decades, I’ve been guiding women who feel stuck in cycles of dieting, emotional eating, and self-sabotage. I know the frustration of pouring years into quick fixes that never last — I lived it myself until I created the framework that freed me, helped me lose 40 pounds, and has since transformed hundreds of women’s lives.

My work combines advanced training in nutrition, functional medicine, yoga, and Ayurveda with a deep understanding of the nervous system and identity change. But more importantly, it’s rooted in lived experience — I know exactly what it takes to silence food noise, stop sabotage in real time, and create a rhythm with eating and weight that actually lasts.

The mission is simple: to end food chaos and the exhausting cycles of control and relapse, and instead anchor you into the identity of a woman who feels calm, confident, and free in her body — permanently.

FAQs

About my custom 1:1 coaching

  • All access is to me directly.

  • You must cancel or reschedule a session via email at least 24 hours before the start of the session, otherwise the session will be forfeited. You are responsible to complete your sessions within the coaching agreement timeline. Sessions cannot be rolled over once the agreement has ended.

  • We will address, unpack, and heal the root cause of your concerns in addition to creating customized skills and strategies to support long term change. I will teach you foundational nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle skills that will empower you and leave you feeling confident in your ability to sustain this new lifestyle.

  • I will be meeting you virtually multiple times a month where I will personally guide and provide you with customized action steps and daily follow up support. My goal is to help you feel supported every step of the way!

  • This program is about you and I will listen to your concerns and do my absolute best to meet your needs. Remember, change takes time and I promise if you stick with me, you’ll see results.
