Benefits of Medicinal Mushrooms

On May 5th, we visited the Union Square Greenmarket and learn more about the fascinating subject that is medicinal mushrooms. Joe Rizzo, the owner of Blue Oyster cultivation, showed us his collection and display of both edible and inedible mushrooms and shared with us some the unique benefits.
